MASTER DEVELOPMENT COSTA DEL SOL
One of the most exclusive residential communities on the Costa del Sol, designed with a concept of sustainable luxury, integration with nature, and cutting-edge architecture. It consists of several phases with typologies that include apartments, penthouses, and villas, in a gated community with integrated wellness, coworking, and concierge services.
At Mibema, we play a dual role of Development and Project Management, coordinating the complete development of various phases within the masterplan. Our work ranges from the initial structuring of the product (typology definition, design strategy, and economic feasibility) to planning and supervision of execution, license management, contracting, and technical and financial control throughout the entire project.
Our approach ensures efficient execution, consistent with the project's overall strategy and geared toward the highest standards of quality, profitability, and end-customer satisfaction.

ESTEPONA RESIDENTIAL - 35 APARTMENTS
Mibema has led the comprehensive management of this residential development consisting of 35 single-family homes in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Costa del Sol. Our role has ranged from product definition, technical and financial structuring, to licensing coordination, technical teams, and execution control. This project is designed to meet the international demand for second homes, with high quality standards and a clear focus on profitability and operational efficiency.

MIJAS RESIDENTIAL - 36 BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS
At Mibema, we serve as Development Manager, leading all the initial phases of the project: product definition, feasibility analysis, technical and urban planning coordination, licensing, financial planning, and overall development structuring.
Our goal is to deliver a solid project, well positioned and prepared to successfully navigate its marketing and construction phase, maximizing its appeal to investors and end buyers.

TORROX RESIDENTIAL - 10 SEMI-DETACHED HOMES
Residential project of 10 single-family homes with a contemporary design, located in the municipality of Torrox. The development combines open views of the Mediterranean with meticulous architecture, high-quality materials, and a focus on energy efficiency.
Mibema has assumed comprehensive project management, from initial planning and contractor selection to execution, quality, schedule, and budget control. We have also coordinated the technical teams and supervised all key milestones of the project, ensuring execution aligned with the developer's objectives and the project's commercial proposition.

ESTEPONA RESIDENTIAL - 15 APARTMENTS
Residential project of 15 homes distributed across three blocks of modern architecture, designed to offer quality of life, design, and functionality in one of the fastest-growing areas of Estepona. The project stands out for its careful integration into the surroundings, spaciousness, and clear focus on the well-being of the end user.
Mibema assumes the full role of Development & Project Management, leading from the initial structuring phase—including product definition, feasibility study, urban planning, and licensing—through to the technical execution of the project, cost control, construction planning, and coordination of all the teams involved.
